Mission
Bring each client's vision to life through well-managed remodeling and restoration services that improve both beauty and daily function.
A remodeling partner built around craft, clarity, and personal service.
Modern Restoration & Design is led by Alex Garza and serves homeowners in San Antonio and surrounding communities with custom renovations, restoration work, and design-minded project management.
Company Story
From vision to a home that feels complete.
MRD exists for homeowners who know their space can be better, but need a trusted guide to simplify the path from idea to finished project.
Alex Garza's owner mindset is direct: understand the homeowner's vision, communicate clearly, protect the quality of the work, and make remodeling feel less overwhelming. That mindset turns a complex renovation into a guided, manageable experience.
- Custom solutions instead of one-size-fits-all remodeling
- Quality workmanship with attention to finish details
- A client-focused process that respects time, budget, and home life
